CA Schools may look very top heavy, I'm shooting my shot at all CA schools. DO recommendations are appreciated as well.

As it stands, I don't understand why you have applied to so many schools, especially those near the end of your list:
Why WVSOM? The New Jersey schools? Nebraska, ECU, MCW, South Dakota, Florida State, LSU?

Sorry, I was new to sdn and wasn't sure how much detail I should go into. I was just looking for schools that were OOS friendly and would consider my stats. It seems like states schools are usually not OOS friendly? Which part of MSAR do I look at to consider if this school is OOS friendly or not?

Which part of MSAR do I look at to consider if this school is OOS friendly or not?

There’s a section called “Applications Accepted” that states whether the school has a preference for OOS applicants or not.
You can also tell by how many OOS applicants are interviewed and how many matriculate.
