1. I see that you were involved in X organization, how has that helped you in the profession of pharmacy?

2. Please describe a time when you implemented a change and how did that go?

3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

4. What are you going to do if you do not get this residency? any residency?

5. Sometimes a work enviornment can be decribed as "chaotic", how do you handle a situation where patients dont show up, for appointments, and the day to day routine is not always set?

6. Tell me about X (the most obscure, furthest out community service activity on the CV).

7. How did you become interested in this field?

8. How do you think this residency will help you in your career goals?

9. What is one time where you accomplished something while working with others where you were the leader of the group? a follower?

10. How do you handle disagreements with authority figures?

11. What is your expected GPA on graduation?

12. How many Cs (or Ds) do you have? What courses were they in? What happened?

13. What would your best friend say was your best quality? your worst quality?

14. When I look through your CV, will I find instances where you have quit a job after a short amount of time? Why?




Needless to say.... very interesting experience... I'm sure I'll remember some more later...
