Is there anything you can do when a school denies having received certain things from your application packet at the same time acknowledging the rest? I sent my application packet to UAMS along with a draft for 100 dollars just like I sent it to other 4 schools. UAMS sends me an email after a month that they have not received application fees. Likewise, they say they have not received my official GRE and TOEFL scores ( I am from India); although they have been directly reported to the school. The email enlisted "outstanding" documents. I emailed back them to inform them that I have sent application fees and official scores but did not receive a reply. After waiting one week, I sent another email. I got the same list of "outstanding" documents without much elaboration. Now I am a foreign student, and I do not know much about the way things work in US but I can see some incompetence here. Is there anything I can do about it?
