I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment in Philadelphia within a block or so from the Drexel medical school campus
Rent $410/month + 1/2 utilities
Available Aug 1 (this may be negotiable if you need to move-in sooner)
Common areas pretty much already furnished
