Salaries are dependent on what setting you are in. Home health 100k is okay. However, it's a lot of work. Also, the availability of jobs may be an issue. Less pay/jobs in desirable areas etc.

I think financially all the therapies are not big money makers. SLP seems to have more jobs where I am at. It will depend on the setting you work in. I currently make about 100k as an OT but I work for it.

I have more debt than you. I like OT, but more recently there has been more fluctuation in caseload. I used to make 95k to 100k easily. I expect 70k this year with more work.
80k year is too much for OT. The name recognition may not matter much depending on where she would like to work. SNF or a big-name hospital.
I am not too familiar with the CA schools besides St. Augustine. They will teach you well, but it is too expensive. It should be your last choice.
