wow! the one way thing is cool. also, check out council travel/STA./...they do amazing things for students. i'm flying one way to paris for $350. that's a damn good price even for going round trip, let alone one way!

you want to be abroad for a year? when were you thinking of leaving? there are many many many many many opportunities to get abroad, and quite a few that are paid either as grants or as jobs (you could try to find employment abroad that would pay the bills, and then spend your free time doing...

Perserverant- i interviewed in February...and i won't be MSI next year...i'm deferring :clap: nuggie- I got a phone call on Friday because they wanted to invite me to 2nd look on Saturday. The envelope is at home, i think, but i didn't ask if it was big or small... good luck to you all!

for all of you still in the hold for interview category--- it's not a "soft rejection." i found out on friday that i got into PSU and i was part of that hold-for-interview category. no waitlist, just an acceptance. i interviewed in late February. hope that helps someone out!
