For those of you who have completed OB/GYN fellowships, when in your fellowship did you start looking for jobs? If you are in REI or MFM, that would be super helpful? Not sure how this whole process starts. I have an idea of where I want to go, but not sure how I go about initiating the job...

So I'm doing USMLEWorld and using that as my primary study tool, and I am becoming ever more demoralized. Did I learn NOTHING in med school?? What's a good correlation percentage with actual STEP3 scores? Does this test even matter?

Is this argument seriously occurring again? Being male or female does not disqualify you from or automatically signal that you will be the best gynecologist you can be. It's a matter of understanding your patient, being more human than clinical, and actually placing the patient before anyone else.

Let's start this thread up again. I know a lot of us would appreciate more advice.
