Hey at least we get $1500. UCI is so cheap already. The tuition is not low cause the education isn't as good as a private school. It's low because CA foots the bill for most of it. So in effect, we are getting $21,500 in grants because we are paying $20,000 less than private school tuitions.

The UC schools send out secondaries without AMACS, it was called the "UC Application" and I got it in late August last year. I am not sure about other schools, but I know some did a similar thing. I think Tulane did cause people were getting in as early as September.
