How did you guys receive invites to the Harvard New Pathway program? is it through email? and if so can you call to schedule or do you have to do it via email?

also would it be weird if I emailed a thank you letter to one interviewer (because I remembered to ask for her business card) and then sent a thank you note to the other interviewer through postal mail (because I forgot to ask for his business card and cant find hsi email online)
