I used EK, which i found to be adequate. But, I also used the Flowers book, which i found myself turning towards more and more as my studying went on. In retrospect, I wish i had used that book more than i did. It is very easy to understand, it covers basically everything you're gonna need...

I think these Dr's are bright enough to figure out that they are interviewing a med school candidate, and not a drug rep or an admin. Using "Sir" and "Ma'am" is not only antiquated, but it is a surefire way to come of as a kiss ass. Just be courteous and be yourself and you'll do fine.
