Both are good schools, but I think SLU has the edge over Mizzou. If I had to choose, it would be Saint Louis because of what I've heard of the students being happy there and because of their great rep. Good luck. ;)

Temple and Loyola aren't as much of the "traditional safety schools" as one might think. Temple's average MCAT is 31 and I think Loyola's is 30. While these scores aren't as competitive as Harvard's 33/34, they're not as low as some of the more "traditional safety schools" like Vermont, ...

tgan, I haven't visited either place, so I really can't comment on their facilities, but as far as reputation goes, Penn State's is much better than MSU's. Their "name" and alumni base may get you more connections when you graduate. If you've seen the facilities of both schools and think...

If they both have similar curriculums & both are in huge cities, then I'd go strictly by the "name" factor since the other major factors are similar. Regarding prestige, there is just no contest. Northwestern is way more prestigious than Mount Sinai. Their undergrad hovers around Top 15...
