Dr. Don, I'm assuming because 1)she was very abrupt and said at the end "thanks for applying to NUMS" and 2)this is a pre-interview rejection so either you get a rejection letter or the status page changes to offer you an interview... ...oh well, I'll miss checking that page 2-3 times per day...

Nochaser...I've got bad news for you. I called because I had the same problem and was told it is because"a decision had been made on my file"... REJECTED!

About Baylor, I just emailed them because I hadn't received a confirmation that my file was complete, and was told it was complete an in review but they end in February! Can you believe this? :( I though the whole process was behind at least a month, but I guess they will have all the...

I also applied very late. No interviews yet, just news of completed apps. April is just around the bend and I'm beginning to get nervous about getting an interview. Maybe a host of factors will make us less so, like the drop in applications this year, or the fact that there were around 2.1...

So what does everyone think about people whose files were completed in December? Have we no hope of hearing anything regarding interviews for 3 months? How awful!

Wait until the end of January/mid-Feb, there will be a huge number of posts! People are just waiting (like myself) to hear from schools who got all of their stuff completed in November. I believe a good number of people will be interviewed btw. Jan and March.
