^^ this ABEM here btw. EM training isn’t just knowledge, it’s a mindset. “What do I do when the patient is fu(ked [crumping] and we have no idea what is going on?!?” Being able to to default to ABCs and approach the undifferentiated crashing pt is not something that FM/IM typically encounter...
