HI, thoughts on doing bilateral hip injections for bilateral hip OA. Any contraindication other than increase risk of Avascular necrosis.

Bilaterals are annoying but no other contraindication. Hips are the fastest procedure I do.

Unless you spend several minutes for pannus prep and taping and trying to wrestle them onto the table lol

Steroids damage any joint they are put in. Hips, knees, shoulders, etc. Only inject them knowing risk/benefit.
No contraindication to bilateral injections other than steroid dosing.
