  • First a big group of applicants talking candidly to a current student, the 4 students, 2 profs, 3-4 questions. everyone was great, everyone a great candidate, so just be yourself, you can't fake outshine these folks so just be you. i did that and got in.
  • We had danishes etc in the psychology lounge then were called in three at a time for interviews. They asked us all the same questions which we answered in succession. The people who interviewed me were not my POI's.
