What are your general comments?
The day was very relaxing, the students were amazing. They answered every question asked of them. I cannot stress enough how great the dean is and how caring the students, faculty, and staff are. I've never had a better experience. I only pray that I get into this school, and if not they will recieve my application next year.

Why do you believe there is a nursing shortage in the United States?
How did you prepare for the interview?
SDN, and NSU website. They send you plenty of info on the school before your interview.
What was the most difficult question?
You scored so poorly on the MCAT, what makes you think you can pass medical school?
What impressed you positively?
The most positive aspect of this school are the students and the dean. The students all seemed very relaxed and stress free, well for med students. The dean truly cares about people and the osteopathic philosophy, what a positive aspect for this school! You can also do volunteer work oversees.
What impressed you negatively?
Most the rotations are in Florida. In anatomy class there are two groups, so you're not a part of all the disections.
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
That I wouldn't want to leave. I was ready to have my things shipped to Florida because I love this school so much.
