Pretty easy interview. Essay test followed by interview followed by group project. Both interviewers were encouraging and it was very conversational.

Should we move to universal healthcare and if so what are the major obstacles and what ways exist to deal with them.
How did you prepare for the interview?
SDN, practice, this was my fourth interview so that helped a lot.
What was the most difficult question?
Discuss a major challenge in you life and how you overcame it.
What impressed you positively?
Facilities were great, and the student and faculty member interviewing me really showed me that there was a lot more research going on at CU than I realized.
What impressed you negatively?
The neighborhood.
