Lack of formal anatomy dissection lab
What did you wish you had known ahead of time?
I wish I would have known that early interviews like my own gave the opportunity for an early decision plan. They kind of spring it on you last minute and you don't have quality time to think about it.

I would tell them to continue their path of progressive upgrades. Maybe give more support to student ran organizations, they seemed a little scarce.
