You can look at the tuition on their websites...

Medical schools for non-citizens in Ireland, Australia, Israel: more expensive or comparable to US private medical schools. Their domestic prices are much cheaper though.

English language programs in Poland, Czechia, Bulgaria, Baltics, other eastern EU countries (not Romania): €10-15k/yr

English/French language Romania: €6k/yr

English language programs in Italy (public): €500-2,000/yr with income-based tuition available on a sliding scale

Native language programs in all of EU/EEA/Switzerland: €0-1,000/semester

Cost of living varies of course with Australia and Ireland being the highest and then getting cheaper the farther east you go in Europe (generally speaking).

EU is really only an option if you want to practice medicine there. Same goes for Australia but it is very very difficult to get a PGY-1 spot as a non-citizen or permanent resident. Ireland is a great option but it is like $400k for a 4 year degree so really only open to the wealthy.

If you are considering the Caribbean, which you shouldn’t but some people are too stubborn and arrogant to take the advice to stay away, I would at least take a look at EU options because they allow a realistic backup plan compared to the Caribbean, for at least half the price.
