    Oregon pain clinic defrauding insurers

Not now. It looks like this case goes back several years. Dont you recall people were being told that they couldnt go back to work unless they showed a 'negative' covid test. Others had to wait 10 days after a positive test result. It was all over the map when there was no clear cut...

    Oregon pain clinic defrauding insurers

Why are Physicians penalized or criminalized if they are successful? Hospitals on the other hand..... https://www.beckershospitalreview.com/finance/42-health-systems-ranked-by-net-income.html?origin=BHRSUN&utm_source=BHRSUN&utm_medium=email&utm_content=newsletter&oly_enc_id=7210C0501489A7R

agreed also this guy in question. It's interesting how they are trying to smear him. It doesnt state what he actually collected. Also perhaps he was OON. What about what hospitals charged? Also, the government creates the mandate for COVID tests. What do you think will happen?

    Facilty fees being exposed

Curious about incorporating this. Thinking of going to TOBI CONFERENCE. It looks fairly academic and is run with asipp. Hope to learn about this. The space is co.plex with many vendors. Trying to figure out reasonable option for my patients in private practice.

    anti competition

I put things like Hospital X penalizes a PCP or physician from sending referrals outside their system. Physician and NON physician admin refer to this as "out migration". Physicians and other providers fear retribution. Additionally, hospital systems have monopolized markets, thus causing...

    anti competition

I know many like to complain about Hospitals and their admin. You can now actually do something. IT takes about 1min to do. IF hospitals are 'forcing' you or your docs to refer internally d/t metrics being used against you. Write it up. If we all do this, we can actually make a change...

Independence Day for Employed MD's: FTC bans Non-Competes

i hope so Dr Ken Candido's article in Beckers was great. Let PCPs be free and let them send their patients to the right doc vs 'who the man' tells them to.

    Great article. Disseminate

This article should go viral. Share it with everyone including your local press. If you want to make a change to the current state of affiars, we all need to share this and make the consumers (patients aware). Well written by a well respected physician Dr Candido. Only thing I would have...

Supervising Doctors and PA's Sued for Not Prescribing

How about if retiring MD worked as a hospital employee? If He likely belongs to a hospital group and assumed when he retired someone from his group would tk over. Is tht the MDs fault or the hospital?

Supervising Doctors and PA's Sued for Not Prescribing

Also. We as community docs can not take on this sort of patient. Hospitals and Academia is where these patients should get help from. They get federal subsidiaries and have the resources to address these types of patients..
