Is it possible to predict who you may /may not get an interview from based on which programs have/have not retrieved all of your documents? I ask b/c I noticed that some programs retrieved USMLE scores and profile information and then a few days later retrieved the rest of the documents (cleared first cutoff?). And then there are some programs that have retrieved nothing at all or retrieved it all at once. Any input is appreciated.

No, you can't really tell. Some programs don't even start to consider applicants until the Deans Letter comes out Nov 1st. Every program has a different timeline...some download every day, others once a week, others haven't even started yet.
