Am I going crazy but is every word "do" capitalized like D.O. on every thread?

I am even going through some year old threads and am finding that "do" (as in I am going to do that later), is capitalized as D.O.

Hahahaha ok this is crazy. So I was looking at a thread, every "do" was capitalized as D.O.
I stopped reading halfway through, went to check on this thread and refreshed, and now all of the D.O. are switched back to "do."

Seriously I am losing my mind. I have to get out of this lab job haha....
