Specifically, interviewers are looking for you to demonstrate the following Interpersonal Traits:
  • Confidence
  • Professional manner
  • Clear communication style
  • Humility and the ability to recognize your faults and/or admit when you're wrong
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Accepting of various types of diversity
  • Ability to work well with others and/or collaborate
