Couples Match interviews

Hello SDN,

Just wanted to ask quick question. I am couples matching during this cycle. We both have decent number of interviews at this point. So the next step is making sure we have interviews in same areas (only 3 coincide now). When is the appropriate time to reach out to respective departments at each other's invite places? We have heard anywhere from mid October to mid November, so I just wanted to get some opinion from you guys
