Hi!

I am receiving mixed information regarding what counts towards the science GPA. My school lists Neuroscience courses (Movement Neuroscience, Clinical Neuroscience, etc.) as psychology courses within our course listings. However, the curriculum of it is based on neuroscience, which counts towards the science GPA. What defines which courses count? Is it the curriculum or the name of the class? How should I go about inputting these classes into my application for MD school?

Thank you!
I was a neuro major and all my courses counted towards my science GPA (including my abnormal psych).

Thank you! If you don't mind me asking, would I just insert the classes on the application as neuroscience courses even though my school places them under psychology since the material being taught is neuroscience?

They have to match your transcript, but I just listed it under the science on my app.
