If taken Upper Div class during undergrad, would I be able to take it during Post Bacc?

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone knows if it's frowned upon by medical schools or the post bacc committee to take an upper div class that you did as undergrad, in post bacc?
I have a few of these so I wanted to know if I have to avoid those classes if I get into a record-enhancer post bacc.
