I am also looking for a roommate (female). I am going to be a first year student and UH COP. I've been looking into the Cullen Oaks apts (www.cullenoaks.com). It's owned by UH and a private company. It's really close to our building. It's furnished, all bills are paid and the rooms are by individual lease. Let me know what you think!
