I find the metro rail system to be excellent here in DC. You shouldn't need a car. Actually, I think at times a car would be a handicap. The parking here is crazy and expensive. The metro rail and bus system is by far the best I have seen around.

I typed mine... Just write down what you want to say and type it on the paper.. or you can just type it on the computer and then print it out and just the return or backspace to fit everything into the field.

I'm no electrical engineer, but it might have been the ground wire. All i know is that it made my noisy timer into a mouse. The only way i could hear the time beeping was if i put the timer to my ear. And still I could barely hear it.
