Consider doing rotations at these places, and getting letters from them. Don't know Yale well, but BI gets a lot of away students, they have a really nice computer system, and it's very easy to get used to. I got a great letter from my away rotation there and I think it definitely helped clinch...

Of course, with the match there's always a chance. Isn't that the point? Look at it this way, the program may have contacted others besides you, but these applicants may prefer other programs. Leaving a spot for you, maybe?

I think it is due to location. Drexel is in Philly which is a major city with lots to do etc. Worcester is a large New England city by area and population but lacks some of the nightlife, culture, etc. of other east coast places like Boston, NYC, Philly etc. There is still stuff to do in...

Lahey doesn't have a Heme-Onc fellowship, and I believe the rest do. They are in the process of building a multi-disciplinary cancer center, but probably won't be done in your time there. Also Lahey doesn't have very strong matches in Heme-Onc. So I'd put that one near the bottom.
