My school, unfortunately, is not pass/fail. I'm so burnt out from studying, but we're almost done!

I'm actually going to pass Anatomy too, I think. The only thing is that it's worth so many credits that if you don't do that great, you're off to a bad start GPA wise. Does anyone else worry about that?

Thanks for the info guys! I'm only an MS1 now, so I guess I'll just wait and see how 3rd and 4th years go. My roommate is a MS3 and I don't see her doing much homework, that's why I ask.

During 3rd and 4th year rotations, is it possible, timewise, to take extra coursework in the evenings (specifically classes which I'm interested in). Basically, my question is, is there time to do extra things as there won't be as much studying as there was in the first 2 years. Thanks!

I was wondering how difficult is it to get a military residency if your grades are mediocre? Specifically, I'm talking about the Army for Internal Med. If you don't match, is is likely that you would get picked up in the scramble? Also, are there any ways to improve your chances of matching...

Thanks for the good points everyone. I was just thinking of living away from school the first year and then moving closer. This is b/c this VERY cheap place is only available the first year.

I have found a very good rent deal, however, the apartment is 40 minutes away from school. Is is unreasonable to think I can spend over a hour driving everyday and still have time to study?
