About the School

Founded in 1797, the Audrey and Theodor Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth is the fourth-oldest medical school in the United States. Located in Hanover, New Hampshire, it is part of Dartmouth College and is named in honor of Theodor Geisel (Dr. Seuss) and his wife Audrey, recognizing their philanthropic contributions. Curriculum
