I recall seeing the Garcia book recommended here and bought it.

I really like it, though I feel like I caught a few typos in it which made it hard to trust what it said...

The Tomas Garcia book is definitely the way to go to get a good grasp on ECG's. O'Keefe's "The Complete Guide to ECGs" is the most advanced book and is what cardiologists use.

The Dubin book never clicked for me. Nelson's book, available for free on his site, gave me a strong basis to feel comfortable looking at EKGs.

Garcia and Holtz Art of Interpretation of 12 leads is hands down the single best 12 lead book EVER. enjoy!
