I previously applied to a BS/MD program at a medical school and received in an interview invite, which I attended, but I was not accepted. This is my first real/AMCAS cycle -- should I say that I haven't previously applied to the school, or that I have?

I would answer, in just one sentence, that you are a previous applicant to their BS/MD program in the year 20xx
