I'm a psychiatrist and wondering about the term "bad baby" or "bad baby case". Does this just mean a general bad outcome for the baby in a delivery or is it more specific?

Either birth trauma or some pregnancy complications that led to a damaged baby ( abruption leading to bad apgars, chorioamnionitis leading to neonatal infection etc)
