I have no clue how this happened. I got good scores on both level 1 and level 2 and studied for this exam. What in the world. So unbelievably shocked. I've heard there are no cases where score verifications made any difference so I guess the score is correct. I just don't understand. Felt the BEST after this exam and failed with flying colors.

On the score tab on NBOME it has only one date listed, the day 2 exam date, it doesn't have both dates listed. Is this how it is for other people too? But on my score report it has both dates listed. Idk man, what are the odds they just didn't count one of my days? Or they graded off the incorrect form? I'm just so shocked.

I would call them and work it out. And yes it has only one date listed

i called the customer service line and asked about the scoring process but they said they dont fully know since they aren’t in that department. I emailed client services but have yet to hear back. I paid for a score verification but the lady on the phone told me she has never seen it make a difference because “the exams go through a very thorough, multistep, process to ensure scores are accurate before releasing”. Something just doesn’t feel right about this score though so I did it anyways.

For the cases, are you sure you specified route of administration of the drugs (PO vs IV)? When you chose to consult a specialist, did you cite the reason why? Points can be lost there. How else did you prep for this exam?

yep I did all of that. Again, completely baffled. I did Uworld for studying & YT for OMM.

I'm convinced they simply randomly pick people to fail

Im very sorry this happened to you…what were your level scores? 500-600? 600-700? how were you doing on UW? did you freak out on exam day and not able to focus? run out of time on blocks?
