Decently conversational and chill interviews, but highly depends on your person, 1st was statis and emotionless while 2nd was super expressive and happy lol

How did you prepare for the interview?
mock interview with an MD who's been on an ADCOM, preparing bullets for common interview questions, positive affirmations lol
What impressed you positively?
everyone at baylor is happy and feels like Baylor is receptive to feedback, they have ework life balance, lots of social and emotional support by both faculty and students at Baylor
What impressed you negatively?
my 1st interviewer was grilling lol but tbh nothing was negative i love this school, wasn't expecting it to be my #1 but it is after the presentations!!
