It was my first interview, so I was really anxious and overly prepared. Howard showed me that it was more important to be relax, confident, and be able to go with the flow.

How did you prepare for the interview?

Reviewed packets with possible interview questions and talked with current medical students at Howard and other schools.

What impressed you positively?

The cooperative effort of the students and faculty.

What impressed you negatively?

Everyone commented that their interview went well, which made it difficult to gauge your performance.

What did you wish you had known ahead of time?

Relax, they just want to get to know me better. There is a metro stop closer to the school than the Howard and Shaw stop.
