NYU Grossman School of Medicine, established in 1841, is a private medical school affiliated with New York University and part of NYU Langone Health. Curriculum

The three-year MD directed pathway at NYU Grossman School of Medicine stands out by offering an early conditional acceptance into any one of 21 NYU Langone Health residency programs. Students pre-matriculate in July of stage one and opt-in to the directed pathway in February of stage two. NYU Grossman SOM offers the following residency programs: Anesthesiology, Perioperative Care, and Pain Medicine; Cardiothoracic Surgery (integrated I-6 pathway); Dermatology; Emergency Medicine; General Surgery (Manhattan); Internal Medicine; Neurology; Neurosurgery; Obstetrics and Gynecology; Ophthalmology; Orthopedic Surgery; Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery; Pathology; Pediatrics; Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine; Plastic Surgery; Primary Care; Psychiatry; Radiation Oncology; Diagnostic Radiology; Interventional Radiology; and Urology.
