One year MS degree....

I am considering this possibility if I do not get into med school. I have a question for those who have taken it. So if I enroll in the program for two semesters in 2003, will I be able to apply for 2004 med school amdission cycle? I am concenred because if I submit AMCAS application early (in June-July), it would not include my graduate grades. What other people've done?
