I just wanted to add - for anyone who does get the on-site interview, this was the most greuling day by far. I think it lasted over 10 hours, with long walking tours, quite a bit of down time, etc. By the end of the day, I actually felt drunk from fatigue and adrenaline letdown. FYI. ;)
