About the School
The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) offers a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) program through its School of Graduate Studies in the Health Sciences. The program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to improve patient outcomes, develop leadership abilities, and enhance research activities in the field of audiology. Curriculum

A significant component of the program is the third-year capstone project, which students present during the School of Graduate Studies in the Health Sciences research day. Additionally, there is an opportunity for students to participate in both basic science and clinical research, with an option to pursue a combined Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and AuD track.
