The Student Doctor Network Prehealth Scholarship is a $2,500 award to prehealth students committed to improving the health of their under-resourced home community as a doctoral-level health professional. This annual award, funded by SDN resources and targeted donations, honors our commitment to supporting the next generation of healthcare leaders.
The scholarship is now open for applications! To apply, follow these steps:
Apply For the Scholarship
1. Confirm Your Eligibility
Review the Scholarship Description and Terms and Conditions to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Submit Your Initial Application
If eligible, complete and submit your Application Form.
Applications will be accepted from December 15, 2025, through January 30, 2026.

The Student Doctor Network Pre-Health Scholarship awards up to four $2,500 scholarships to students from under-resourced backgrounds who are applying to doctoral health programs in the 2026-2027 cycle.
Eligibility Overview:
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident, age 18+
- Applying to doctoral programs in medicine (MD/DO), dentistry (DMD/DDS), optometry (OD), pharmacy (PharmD), podiatry (DPM), psychology (PsyD/PhD), veterinary medicine (DVM), or rehabilitation sciences (AuD/PhD, OTD, DPT)
- Graduated from a high school in a medically underserved area OR received fee assistance for standardized tests or applications
