CycleTrack and SDN are teaming up!

We have exciting news: CycleTrack and the Student Doctor Network are merging.

Since 1999, SDN has been focused on providing free research, data, advising, and community support to students pursuing careers in the health professions. 

Launched by medical school applicants in 2022, CycleTrack helps applicants track their applications and explore admissions data. More than 40,000 applicants have used it to track over 480,000 applications.

CycleTrack and SDN share the same goal: making medical school admissions more transparent and accessible. With our merger, CycleTrack will bring its application-tracking tools, experience, and community. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization, SDN will provide additional development resources and long-term support to help CycleTrack grow while keeping its tools free.

Privacy is central to this merger. SDN does not sell or share personal data. For over 25 years, SDN has defended students’ privacy. CycleTrack’s existing privacy protections will continue, and your data will always remain confidential.

Over the coming months, you may notice gradual changes as we connect our tools and infrastructure. CycleTrack’s application tracker and explorer will remain free, and we will preserve the core CycleTrack experience while continuing to improve it.
