OMS-2 here. The incoming class Facebook page (search "WCUCOM class of 2027") should have all the relevant info you need if you haven't joined it yet.
In regards to on-campus housing, it is usually much cheaper than living off campus. There are a couple of trade offs to keep in mind though:
- Your neighbors are going to be mainly undergraduate students (18-21) and you will have to abide to the University housing policies.
- There are no in unit kitchens so you will be mainly relying on the dining hall/eating off campus to eat.
In terms of the # of students who live on campus, I know at least 15 of my classmates who resided there during 1st year. IMO, I would suggest living off campus (DM me for more details if you'd like).
