It sounds like it depends on not only the teacher but the course being taught as well. I think (from what info I have found so far) that PBL actually sounds like a good thing for me. Biochemistry does not sound like a good choice for PBL. One of the schools I am applying to is PBL.

True. No table is provided. But you can use a calculator (I had a solar powered one...and I was in a room with no windows) :laugh: . I just worked through all the calculations first and answered the rest of the questions last.

Nurse Aide (certification depends on your state) is one but you probably won't make more than 10-11 bucks an hour. Student Interns...check ALL the hospitals in your area. Scour the employment career section. Make it your full time job. You'll find something. That is what I am doing now and...

This would have been my choice but we don't have it :thumbdown . I would have doen Med Tech but I didn't want to add an extra year for clinical rotations (although sometimes I wish I had). Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Pharm Tech but not presently working in that field. I agree with the previous poster, you should try to get some direct patient contact in. (I am doing that this fall, hopefully). :) Although I don't think being a tech will work against you (me), all aspects of the application being considered.

The prof. will make the difference. I took AP I and II. I would take the Anatomy and Physiology. I am a bio major so I will be taking Micro anyway.
